Love the product, it solves a problem I’ve had which is trying to find a brow filler that lasts for more than one day but without being permanent. I can’t do microblading because I have RA so this product is a next best kind of thing. However, when my product arrived, it included no instructions for how to use the product (how long to leave it on, etc) as well as no instructions for how to open the bottles which have a funky mechanism and were not intuitive. I was scared I was going to end up getting the dye all over in the process of trying to get the caps off. I did two things — I sent a message to the company and I searched their Insta posts for anyone else asking about this. What was interesting was that the insta post gave a correct answer (push down on the caps while twisting), but the reply from the company a few days later said the opposite (which was wrong and absolutely had not worked no matter how many times I tried at first — which was pulling up while twisting). So I had those unnecessary barriers to overcome before I could even use the product, which isn’t a great experience for new users. It would be a really simple thing for them to fix — just add printed instructions on the packing label that you already include in the shipment. It would also professionalize your operation to take that step — missing such a simple but powerful thing to reduce customer frustration says “new company that is still learning.” But that said, I do love the product and the color is perfect for me, not orangey at all which was my fear. I got the dark brown (one step below black, I think, but I can’t recall the shade name).
